Brian Anslow

Brian Anslow was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005 after earning his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Alberta in 2004. Prior to law school, he completed a Master of Science degree at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Brian began his legal career in Edmonton, Alberta, before moving to Kelowna, British Columbia, where he focused primarily on family law. Brian returned to Edmonton to join Willis Law in 2021 to practice in the area of condominium law.

Brian has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.  Besides his strong background in litigation, Brian also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and negotiating settlements.

Known for his practical and results-oriented approach, Brian works closely with clients to resolve matters in an efficient and cost-effective manner. His broad perspective allows him to offer strategic advice tailored to the specific circumstances of each case.
